What happens if Debitum Network ceases its activities?

On Debitum Network platform, every investment has a three-party agreement - the assignment agreement. It can be downloaded by going to your investments list and selecting a loan of interest:

The three parties are 1) the investor, 2) loan originator, and 3) Debitum Network platform. In essence, the agreement states that the loan originator sells claim rights to the investor and all rights and obligations of both parties are stated. Debitum Network is indicated as a partner who practically supports the transaction via the online platform. In case the loan originator ceases its activities, Debitum Network is responsible for recovering invested amount.

If Debitum Network would cease to exist - the investors, on the basis of the assignment agreements, can directly approach loan originators and they would provide all owed funds directly to the users.
