I cannot access my account because of the two-factor-authentication (2FA) issue. What do I do?

To disable the two-factor authentication from your account, please send an email to support@debitum.network containing following information:

1. A picture of you holding an identification document (this is used to prove your identity)
2. A picture of you holding a note with today's date written on it.

After a successful identification of the account owner, the two-factor authentication will be removed from your account.
